I ordered a rose display as a surprise to my girlfriend to have them delivered around noon. They said it might end up later in the day. Said that was fine. I included a loving message to it. I wanted to try to make it a bit mysterious and requested that my name not be included. I told them they could just leave them with the receptionist in the front
They decided to call and make sure she was going to be there or if she was leaving early she could stop and pick them up. She called back to ask why sent them. Even though I asked to leave it anonymous. They gave it that information.

We are sorry that your expectations were not met. Our procedure on deliveries more than 20 minutes away is to call the receiver to ensure that they will be there to pick it up when we get there, especially on snowy roads. The recipient asked us who sent the flowers because she was afraid it was a previous stalker going back to his old ways. We would not withhold the name in such a situation, we take that seriously and prioritize that over a surprise. If we made a mistake, it was that we did not warn you that we would divulge who it came from in a situation like this.

The plant was so small I had to hunt for it and put in a metal pot. Very disappointed for the Money

We also have to stay on price point. Our supplies, time and plants are great quality and we put our hearts into everything. If there are certain requirements you have for containers or want to talk about things that must be included just call and we will be happy to accommodate.
